When creating campaigns, you have the option of working with a "smart mode". This helps to set up campaigns in a very simplified way and you only have to make a few small entries and the campaign is already created. Those who know their way around, however, will of course work without this mode. The campaign creation here is then set up very classically in the familiar three levels 'Campaign', 'Ad groups' and 'Ads'.
On the 'Ads' level there are some components that have been newly created for TikTok:
- Anyone can advertise on TikTok, even if you don't have a profile. In the display of the ad, it makes no difference whether you actually have a profile or not. The only difference is that you can't click on the brand, of course, and so you can't gain followers.
- TikTok offers the unique possibility that various disruptors can be included in the advertisement. On the one hand, ecommerce products can be sold, but also surveys or promo codes can be distributed. The disruptors are created directly in the ad manager.
Furthermore, comments can also be viewed, but also liked and answered directly via the ad manager. And all this in a simple and appealing layout.
