A. Why is clycbird cheaper for me?

clycbird saves you time and agency costs. clycbird eliminates a lot of communicative back and forth. You can concentrate on other things while clycbird sets up your campaign professionally and quickly.

B. How does my company benefit from clycbird services?

Through clycbird you can quickly and easily set up campaigns on all digital platforms. You neither need any prior knowledge and nor to know which platform you want to advertise on. Information about your advertising goal and company is enough for us to evaluate the right platform. However, if you have a specific platform in mind on which you would like to advertise, you can of course chose the platform of your choice!

C. Can I use clycbird as a private person?

Yes, clycbird is open to everyone. All you need is a business account on the platform you want to be active on. You do not need to have a registered company to open a business account on most platforms.

2. General questions about clycbird campaigns

A. What optimisations does clycbird carry out?

clycbird optimises your campaigns so that the best results can be achieved. The improvements can take place on different levels: Adjustments to location targeting, demographics, creatives (images and video) or interest targeting.

B. How do I know if and how well my campaign is performing?

After the end of your campaign, you will receive a report in which you can see what you have achieved with your advertising. Depending on how much budget you have spent, the level of detail of the reporting changes.

3. Business accounts (Google, Facebook etc.)

A. On which account will the advertising be placed and with which page?

Normally, campaigns are placed on the clients' accounts. Therefore clycbird  also needs access to these. The access will be requested by clycbird after your order. You don't have an account? No problem, we will help you! Please contact or mention it directly in the campaign under "remarks".

It is also possible to advertise through the profiles of clycbird.

B. How does clycbird get access to a specific account?

When logging in to clycbird, you have the opportunity to enter all the details of your various Business accounts. With the correct name of the respective pages, clycbird can request access in most of the platforms. In some cases, you will also have to manually add a clycbird expert as an administrator so that we can place the advertisements for you. In this case you will be contacted by us!

C. I do not have an account on a specific platform. Can I still advertise on it?

Creating an Business account on any platform is usually a rather short process. Therefore, we recommend that you create an account on all platforms on which you would like to advertise. If you need help with this, please contact us!

4. Payment and budget

A. How much do I actually pay in the end?

With clycbird there are basically two options. You decide to pay per campaign or you contact us for a subscription-like solution, which can quickly pay off for several campaigns.

The price per campaign depends on the budget you want to invest.

B. What payment methods are available?

Campaigns can be paid by invoice. The payment period is set at 10 days. Invoices are sent via email and are due after the campaign has been completed, as the budget can change by a few francs.

C. What are the payment conditions?

clycbird invoices have a payment term of 10 days. If this period is exceeded, we will send a 1st and a 2nd reminder, which do not yet include a fee. From the third reminder onwards, we allow us to charge a processing fee of CHF 50.

D. Is it worth investing more money in campaigns?

The budget depends on your goals. Of course, more investment means that you can reach more people. In addition, a higher budget also means greater opportunities for action for the clycbird experts.

E. How much or little budget can I use for campaigns?

The budget that can be used for clycbird campaigns is between CHF 250.- and 5'000.-. You would like to implement a larger campaign for more than CHF 5'000? No problem, we will be happy to support you!

5. When the campaign has ended

A. When will I receive a report?

The report is created after the campaign has ended and automatically forwarded to you. The time it takes to create the report depends on the complexity and size of the campaign. Generally, the report is sent after 1-5 working days.

High quality images are very important for the success of a campaign. Please note that the formats below are a recommendation and not a must. If you don't have images in this format, upload them anyway and we'll make sure the ads are still professional.

Do you have a special website / landing page that matches the ad? Then please indicate it. Example: Advertising of a supermarket with an offer for bananas brings users directly to the product page of the "bananas" (example: and not to the general homepage. If it is a general ad for your company, it makes sense to direct people to the homepage.
